A controlled workshop, automated lines and robotic transfer support repeatable bulk production.
Appearance, dimensions, unit weight, lid fit and performance checks for the ordered containers.
Colors, logo printing, inner bags and cartons follow the agreed sample and packing specification.
From material preparation to packed cartons, the main steps are shown below.

Fresh PP resin is stored by lot before production starts.

Resin is prepared and fed to the line for your order.

Your containers take shape on one of our 10+ molding lines.

Robots move parts off the machine for the first appearance check.

Approved pieces are counted, nested and bagged to your packing plan.

Each batch is checked for appearance, dimensions and lid fit.

Cartons are sealed and labelled to your confirmed specification.

Packed cartons are separated and staged by shipment.

Cartons are counted, loaded and photographed before dispatch.
Start with a current model when possible. If the structure is new, send a drawing or sample for a tooling discussion.
Best when the shape, capacity and lid already fit the use. Select the base and lid, confirm color and packing, then review the sample and quote the order.
Used when no current model meets the structure or market requirement. Send a drawing or physical sample and annual quantity. We review the structure and lid, then approve the sample before production.

Tell us the product and destination market. We will check which current files match the entity, sample, test scope and validity.
A photo is enough to start. Add the lid, packing and document needs if you have them.
